About the Speakers:

Judhajit Das

Chief Human Resources, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited

Judhajit heads Human Resources, Administration, Technology Infrastructure and Corporate Social Responsibility at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. He has been with ICICI Prudential since November 2000 and has earlier worked with the RPG Group and GE Capital.

Judhajit graduated in Economics from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and is an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur. He was past Chair of the CII Western Region HR & Training sub-committee during the period 2011-13. Currently he is President of National HRD Network (NHRDN) Mumbai chapter.

He has eclectic interests and avidly follows current affairs.


Malati Vasudeva Bakshi

Malati has over 18 years of experience, and during her stint at CSC, she has handled diverse roles as HR Business Partner and CoE Roles in Talent Management, Leadership & Capability Development, Campus Learning, Performance Management, CR & Diversity and Employee Engagement.

Born to parents who are academicians, she grew up in an environment which encouraged enquiry and creativity. Bachelors in Psychology, an MBA (Class of 96) with a specialization in HR. She has a 12 year old son, Siddhant. She thoroughly enjoys parenting – the joy & challenges it throws up!! Home proud, an avid traveler – understanding people and culture is what makes her tick.

Madhur Mehta

Madhur heads the Global Reward Centre of Excellence for Western Union and covers 58 countries as part of his role that focuses on providing global compensation program design and management support to the organization. Prior to this, he was the HR Director for, one of the most successful e-commerce ventures in India and the largest Online Travel firm in Asia. He focused on linking MMTs reward agenda with a robust talent management framework as part of his mandate during his time with them

He has worked across various continents with stints in the Middle East and Western Europe and is credited with being one of the youngest diplomatic status holders during his time in Geneva, Switzerland where he worked in the capacity of the Reward Head for a “not for profit” organization called The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis & Malaria that spun-off from the United Nations in 2009.

Having also worked with leading consulting firms like Aon Hewitt in India and Mercer in the Middle East, Madhur has advised clients across various sectors on compensation strategy design, performance & talent management and trained more than 100 middle and senior management reward professionals within this domain.

Madhur is an Economics graduate from Delhi University and went on to complete his Post Graduation (MBA) from Shri Ram College of Commerce. He also has an executive leadership certification from Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA to this credit.
